There will be a fee for mortgage advice. Our standard fee is £995 for providing advice and submitting your mortgage application. A fee of up to 1% of the mortgage amount may be charged depending on individual circumstances. For example, £1000 fees for a £100,000 mortgage. However, we will discuss and agree a fee with you prior to submitting any mortgage application. This fee becomes payable prior to application submission.

Our privacy notice provides information on how we and any of our subsidiaries, and any 3rd party providers collect, use, secure, transfer and share your information. Beneco Finance is a mortgage and insurance intermediary firm and we will collect information directly from you. We are required to enter your details onto our mortgage network (Cityplus Network) systems. Details of their privacy notice can be found at www.cityplusnetwork.co.uk.
